Paste your Apex27 API key into PropServ under Settings → Integrations and click Test connection. You need an active Apex27 subscription with Global Search API access.

Does PropServ write anything back to Apex27?
No. The Apex27 integration is read-only: PropServ searches listings, contacts, tenancies and users to prefill and invite, and never creates or edits records in Apex27.

Yes. When creating a request choose Search Apex27, pick the listing, and the address is prefilled. Search contacts to attach the client the same way.
How do my tenants get onto PropServ?
Open the Apex27 Tenants tab under Team, select tenants from your Apex27 tenancies and click invite. They receive an email and can then report issues by app, web, WhatsApp or PropServ VoiceLine.
Are tenant reports or invoices sent to Apex27?
Not currently. Reports, works orders, documents and invoices are managed in PropServ with a full audit trail.
Does it sync automatically in the background?
Apex27 data is read live whenever you search or open an Apex27 tab, so it's always current — there's no background copy to go stale.
