What it does
For Apex27 agencies who want AI-triaged tenant reporting, a contractor marketplace and automated invoicing, with property and people details pulled from Apex27 as you work.
When you create a works request, search Apex27 by address or reference and PropServ prefills the property from the listing — no typing.
Search Apex27 contacts and drop the right person straight into the request as the client, with their details already filled in.
Browse the tenants on your Apex27 tenancies inside PropServ and invite them to report issues by app, web, WhatsApp or PropServ VoiceLine.
See your Apex27 staff list in PropServ and invite colleagues to your agency account without re-entering names and emails.
Paste your Apex27 API key once. It's stored encrypted, used read-only, and can be tested from Settings → Integrations at any time.
AI triage, severity scoring, mould detection, contractor marketplace, landlord approvals, Stripe invoicing and analytics all run as normal on the properties and people you pull from Apex27.
How it works
How the Apex27 connection fits into a normal day.
Paste your Apex27 API key into PropServ under Settings → Integrations and click Test connection. You need an active Apex27 subscription with Global Search API access.
Open the Apex27 Tenants and Apex27 Staff tabs under Team. Tick the people you want, click invite, and PropServ sends the emails.
On a new works request choose 'Search Apex27', find the listing, and the property address is filled for you. Search contacts to attach the client the same way.
AI triage, quotes from your preferred contractors or the marketplace, landlord approvals, completion and Stripe invoicing — with a full audit trail on every job.
What syncs
